Parking attendants will direct cars to parking areas to make parking most efficient. They will work with shuttle drivers on maintaining a schedule and keeping people informed of the schedule.

The Welcome & Information Center will have a schedule of events to hand out and have general information on reunions, work schedules for all areas and be in charge of selling the combination history in pictures DVD and the Centennial DVD. The worker will be in charge of collecting the money- $25.00-for the DVD package and having the purchaser fill out his address on the DVD sleeves.

The Wee Bee Quilter display will be located in the school just inside the east entrance, second door on the right on the main level. We have the following volunteers to be in the room with the quilts on Saturday, July 13th.
